Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of Pickle League (“the app”), made by Morton Builds (“we”, “us”). By using the app you agree to them. Questions: jon@mortonbuilds.com.

Your license

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use Pickle League on your Apple devices for your own, non-commercial enjoyment, in line with the App Store Terms of Service.

Subscription (Pickle League PRO)

Pickle League PRO is an auto-renewable subscription, $1.99 per month, with a 3-day free trial for new subscribers. It unlocks Career Mode and worldwide leaderboard ranking.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
It renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID subscription settings. If you cancel during the free trial, you are not charged.

Coins

Coins are a virtual, in-app currency with no real-world value. They can be purchased or earned by playing, and are used only to upgrade your player inside Pickle League. Coin purchases are consumable and are non-refundable except where required by law. Coins are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Leaderboard conduct

If you post to the worldwide leaderboard, choose a display name that is not offensive, impersonating, or otherwise inappropriate. We may remove names or entries, and may limit leaderboard access, at our discretion.

The app is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Morton Builds is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms; the “last updated” date above will change. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.
