Coffee Notes

These terms are an agreement between you and Morton Builds for use of the Coffee Notes app. By using the app you agree to them. Questions: jon@mortonbuilds.com.
You must be able to form a binding agreement to use Coffee Notes. The app is for personal journaling and informational purposes only.
You own the content you create (brews, photos, tasting notes, mugs). You’re responsible for what you post, especially anything you choose to make public. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store and display your public content to the buddies you connect with.
There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You agree not to post content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, or that infringes others’ rights. We provide tools to report and block users, we review reports (typically within 24 hours), and we may remove content or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control, subject to these terms and the App Store’s terms.
The app is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Automatically read label details, ratings, and suggestions are for reference only and may be inaccurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Morton Builds is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
We may update these terms; the “last updated” date will change and material changes will be noted in the app.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
